Why Cartesi website need a revamped?

Cartesi want to refresh the website with new narrative and look to improve the entire website experience and increase engagement. Before the revamp, we assess the usability and overall user experience of the Cartesi.io website. The gathered data inform efforts to reorganize and prioritize information, enhancing website users' decision-making process.

How does research contribute to the revamp?

    We started with analysing the existing data from Google analytics and Hotjar. The data provides a broad understanding of user behaviour on the website to inspire the website optimization.


  2. Expert review

    We work with an external expert to evaluate the website from perspective of target persona - developer and investor. The output from both internal and external expert review produced a more holistic insights , with fresh and unbiase insights.

⚠️ Study limitation
Due to time and resource constraints, we had to skip usability testing and launch the final website to the market.

  • Inconsistent button labels and links contribute to further confusion, detracting from the user experience.

  • The positioning of Explorer.io could be optimized for better visibility and accessibility on the website.

  • Visitors also demonstrate interest in footer navigation resources, such as White paper and Foundation notice.
